Experial Properties uses text messaging to respond to rental inquiries and to communicate with applicants, tenants, residents, property owners, vendors, and other people who contact us about property-related services.
When you text us, we may collect your mobile number, the content of your messages, the date and time of communications, delivery information, and details you choose to provide about an inquiry, application, tenancy, maintenance request, payment question, showing, or other property matter.
We use SMS information only to respond to you, provide requested property information or support, coordinate showings, applications, access, maintenance, payments, leases, and other property operations, maintain communication records, and protect the security and reliability of our services.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers, such as telecommunications and technology vendors, solely to deliver, secure, or support our communications. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or renting property or services.
We retain communication records only as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
